User Entities can help your chatbot extract crucial information from your chats.
In the following example, we’ll create a list of European countries in the Entities section. In the next tutorial, we’ll use them in your chatbot.
How to create a new User Entity

Go to the Entities section.

Click on the Create your first Entity button.

Now, name your new entity as EuropeCountries. This way you can assign countries to continents.

Then you need to provide entries. We have two fields here:

Enter reference value - in the first field add a general name, a container that will describe all the values. You can use the names of the countries as the reference value.

Fill in synonym and press enter to add - in the field type synonyms and words or phrases that refer to the original reference value.
